The privacy policy and terms and conditions contained within this statement apply to all users of the Designer Sphere website. This includes but is not limited to all enterprises that purchase a Designer Sphere membership, all enterprises that purchase a Designer Sphere page listing, all students or members of the public that make a submission to Designer Sphere and all users who view this website and comment on this website.Privacy Policy
Designer Sphere regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Designer Sphere users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards.If you have any questions or concerns regarding this statement, you should first email Designer Sphere at info@designrsphere.com.au. Collection of Information
In order to use the Designer Sphere website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email.
Any information collected by Designer Sphere is collected via correspondence from you or your business or company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Any details collected from Designer Sphere customer's is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.

Designer Sphere Security Policy
Designer Sphere uses the eWay Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWay processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australia merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWay gateway are secured payments.

Terms and Conditions
CurrencyUnless otherwise stated, all prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars, AUD.
Delivery Policy
After approval of your application to Designer Sphere you will receive an email from Designer Sphere containing a link to make payment and complete your application. At the same time as making payment, you will be able to create your own unique user name and password. After your payment has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation from eWay containing your order details. At this stage your user name and password will be activated and you will have access to the Designer Sphere trade fair. If there are any problems incurred while attempting to set up your user name and password or access the Designer Sphere trade fair please email info@designersphere.com.au and we will rectify the problem for you as soon as possible. This process should only take a few minutes, allowing you to access the trade fair almost immediately. However please allow up to 5 working days if there are any problems encountered with your user name and password set-up.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money back guarantee from the time you complete your application and have working access to the trade fair. If you have purchased a subscription this is on the provision that you have not made any inquiries to any designer, but have used the private area of the website for viewing only. If you are a designer and an inquiry has been made to you within 7 days that you proceed with, it will deem this refund policy void. If an inquiry or any other action has been made it will deem this refund policy void. If any of these actions have occurred, you may cancel your subscription or page listing, but no refund or reimbursement of any kind will be made. Please email info@designersphere.com.au within 7 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your membership or page listing at any time within the paid for 12 month time frame. If you decide to cancel your subscription or page listing please email info@designersphere.com.au with your cancellation request. Please be aware that no refund, credit or reimbursement will be made to you or your business if you decide to cancel before your subscription/page listing is due to end. The only exception to this is if you are cancelling within 7 days of making payment the conditions set out in the above Refund Policy will apply.
Sharing of User Name and Password
If you are purchasing a subscription to view the wholesale listing pages, the user name and password assigned to you is to be kept strictly confidential. If Designer Sphere or any party associated with Designer Sphere discover that you have shard this information with a third party, and they are using this information to gain access to the Designer Sphere site, your membership will be cancelled immediately without prior warning. If this occurs Designer Sphere then has the right to refuse any future applications by you and the third party the information was shared with to access the Designer Sphere trade fair. Not refunds, credits or reimbursements will be made to you or your business. If you share your user name and log in details with a third party within the 7 day refund time period, it will make this refund policy void.

By visiting and using the Designer Sphere website, www.designersphere.comau, whether the private or public section, you agree to not attempt to enter any section of the website that you do not have prior permission to visit. You will not attempt to disrupt the operation or functions of this website in any way. You will not reproduce any part of this website for your own personal or professional use without prior written permission from Designer Sphere.

Designer Page Listing
If you have permission to create your own business page on this website you agree that you will not upload any material that could be deemed to be offensive, pornographic, or contain links to viruses, Trojans or any other form of computer bug. All information that you upload will be your own individual work and business details, related to the business for which you have applied and been approved to list. By using this website and agreeing to the terms and conditions you understand that if you do upload any of the above items you risk having your membership cancelled immediately without prior warning and that no refund or reimbursement will be made to you.
The designer page listings have been setup so that to an extent designers can customize their own page to suit their business. Because of this designers can choose what information they have on their page. If a designer chooses to put sensitive business information on their page, for example their bank account details to receive payment, they are doing so at their own risk. Designer Sphere will take all necessary precautions to protect this information in the form of our website security, however if at any time this security is comprised and a designers confidential information is leaked, Designer Sphere will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the designer. The information displayed on a designers page is done so at their own risk and they are responsible for it.
Wholesale
Designer Sphere make no guarantee as to increased business opportunities for you, designers and members business. We have established a medium to try and promote wholesaling and business opportunities for you, however we in no way guarantee that you will be able to form these working relationships. If you find you have had no change in your business as a result of signing up to Designer Sphere at the end of your membership period, we will not offer a refund or reimbursement of any kind. You are signing up and paying the nominated fees to Designer Sphere knowing this and at your own risk.
Designer Advertising
As a part of the package available to designers, one advertising feature is included. This feature can be in the form of a blog post, newsletter article or Facebook feature. The circumstance for each advertising feature will differ dependent on the individual designers desired outcome. It is up to the designer to contact Designer Sphere in advance to arrange and write their feature together. Designer Sphere have the final say and must approve all features before they are published. Features must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Bookings will work on a first in first served basis. If a feature is not claimed within the 12 month subscription time period it cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
Website Up time
Every precaution has been taken to ensure the security and up time of the Designer Sphere website, however from time to time the Designer Sphere website may be down. This may be due to planned maintenance purposes, or unknowingly due to situations or circumstances beyond our control. At every time we know in advance the website will be down we will notify all subscribers prior to the event. If the website is hacked and down for a period of time as a result of this, Designer Sphere will not be held responsible for any losses occurred to any users of the website.
Business Loss
Designer Sphere will not be held responsible in any way for the loss incurred to you or your business through its use of the Designer Sphere website and its services and activities. By using this website you agree that it is at your own risk. We are in no way responsible if any damage is caused to you, your business or your computer through the use of the Designer Sphere website and its services.

Links on the Designer Sphere website to external entities are not covered within this policy. The terms and conditions and privacy policy set out in this statement only covers the domain name of www.designersphere.com.au.

Summary
If at any point Designer Sphere discover that you have not abided by the terms and conditions of the website and/or the Designer Sphere services, we have the right to suspend your subscription to the website and the Designer Sphere services, without prior notification and with no money or funds that have been paid to us being refunded or reimbursed.
